Liverpool

Liverpool is the third biggest city in England, and was voted European Capital of Culture in 2008. Famous for The Beatles and Liverpool Football Club, the city attracts over four million visitors each year. Outside London it has the most theatres, museums and galleries, a concert arena which held the MTV Music Awards recently, as well as a beautiful waterfront area and fantastic Victorian parks. There are also hundreds of fantastic restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Our school is located on Duke Street, and on our street you can find English, French, Greek, Spanish, Mexican, Italian, Chinese and Japanese restaurants. We are two minutes' walk from Liverpool One which has 130 shops, a 14-screen cinema and a beautiful park. Central train station and Paradise bus station are both a few minutes' walk away.
